Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order. We ship to the United States and Canada at no extra cost.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–12 days of being placed. Delivery can take longer during holidays or peak seasons, or because of carrier delays.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you the tracking number so you can follow it.

Address details
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Customs (Canada)
Orders to Canada may occasionally be charged import duties or taxes by Canadian customs. These are set by the customs authority and are not included in our prices.

Missing or late orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days, or the tracking hasn't updated in a while, email us at flyhighhigh51@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Damaged on arrival? See our Refund policy. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and you won't need to send it back.
